Our Pilates studio features eight Allegro 2 Balanced Body reformers, and other Pilates equipment accessories, ensuring a personalized and effective Pilates experience for all levels of practitioners. 

Our Group fitness classes are conducted in an inviting and fully equipped studio that offers a variety of group classes. Equipment used in the Group fitness room includes; JumpSport fitness rebounders ( trampoline), TRX suspension bands, Balanced Body Springboards, Balanced Body Orbits, free weights, resistance bands, and gliders.

Pilates Athletic Reformer

Take your fitness to the next level in our Pilates Athletic Reformer class. Designed for those seeking to enhance their performance, strength, and flexibility. What to expect: heavy spring loads, hand held weights and some very likely muscle shakes!

Bounce + Strength

Get ready to bounce your way to fitness in this high-energy, full-body workout! The Bounce + Strength Class combines the fun of rebounders (mini trampolines,) with strength, endurance, and cardio exercises to give you a unique and exciting workout experience. You'll rotate through a series of dynamic stations, each designed to target different muscle groups while improving balance, coordination, and cardiovascular health.
