New to Studio?

Welcome! Feel free to store your belongings in the cubbies, located in our lounge area. While you’re here, help yourself to coffee, tea or water.

What to bring?

The majority of our classes can be performed barefoot but feel free to wear sticky socks if desired. We also have some for purchase in our studio shop.

Bounce + Sculpt and Strength classes, shoes are required.

Please see class description if you are unsure.

How do I purchase something from the shop? 

Let your instructor know and they can ring you up before or after class.

How do I book a private party?

We would love to host you! Simply fill out the form here. We offer private events at our studio or venue of your choice.

Need to Cancel?

We require that you cancel 12 hours before class starts, no exceptions. For studio classes only, a $20 late cancel/no show fee will be charged to your credit card on file. If you are paying for a class with a class package, you will lose the value of that class and will not be charged the $20 late cancel/no show fee. Studio Reservations made within 2 hours of the scheduled start of class cannot be canceled without incurring a late cancel/no show fee/loss of class.

Waitlisted?

There is no charge to be on the waitlist.  The first person on the waitlist will be the first person moved into the class. Classes with waitlists allow a set number of clients to potentially reserve a spot in a full class. In the event that another client gives up their spot in the class, the first person on the waitlist is automatically added to the class. The waitlist closes one hour prior to class, and you will not be added automatically.

  • Unable to commit?  Remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours before class time to avoid any late cancellation or no show penalties. 

Studio Policies

  • Classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.

  • All clients must sign the liability waiver before taking class.

  • Please silence your cell phone before class. We understand emergencies pop up, please step out if you need to text or call.

  • The instructor for class may be changed without prior notice due to availability. Please refer to the studio calendar for updates.

  • Please notify your instructor of any health issues or restrictions that might affect your performance in class.

  • Please note that classes may be subject to cancellation if there are not a minimum of 2 clients booked for a Pilates Class or 4 clients booked for a Group Fitness Class. 

  • For membership cancellations, please email hhinfo@hiveandhoneyatx.com at least five (5) business days prior to the requested date of termination.
